I am a veteran sales professional with 25 years of experience in account management and sales management supporting midmarket and enterprise customers across every vertical. I’ve recently relocated to Denver from Houston and I am excited to form new social/business relationships here.
I am a natural communicator who thrives on interaction with customers and coworkers. My conversational, yet methodical, approach to sales allows me to build lasting relationships with my customers and helps to remove obstacles from the sales process by fostering mutual trust and respect.
As the CMO for Preferred Merchant Solutions, I am focused on achieving our revenue targets through our sales and marketing efforts. I help to craft our sales strategy and identify customer targets and decide where to focus our sales and marketing efforts. I believe that Social Media is an integral component to our marketing strategy and believe that we will see continued success utilizing social marketing channels. Our Social Media Marketing and traditional marketing strategies are closely linked to our business development process. I have a deep understanding of and extensive background in business development and I leverage that experience to manage and monitor our business development activities.
The primary responsibility of everyone on our team is Customer Service! Our philosophy is "We before me." In every action we take, every decision we make and every relationship we build our highest priority is ensuring we get the very best outcome for everyone involved. We are a community-focused organization with a mission to help business owners reduce their credit card processing fees by as much as 90% in just a few weeks. To do this, we leverage our industry expertise and long-standing relationship with banks and processors to get the very best rates and terms for our clients.
Outside the office I am spirited story teller, golf course hacker and well-rounded sports fanatic. I am an avid supporter of youth sports and I am still actively involved with Katy Youth Football in Texas. I am also currently studying to become an intermediate whiskey snob and, in pursuit of that distinction, I am proud to be a member of the 5280 Whiskey Society here in Denver.
