Owner, DOXA Talent – Downtown Denver
Bridging cultures. Building trust. Creating impact.
I’m on a mission to change how we think about global talent.
After 17 years in marketing, I saw the same issues repeat themselves across every BPO and offshoring solution I encountered: zero transparency, limited accountability, constant turnover, and a focus on “cheap” instead of “skilled" labor.
That experience led me to DOXA Talent where we’re reimagining what it means to scale a business with global talent. Our approach gives small and mid-sized companies visibility, control, and access to high-performing professionals who are an integrated extension of their local team.
My path here has been anything but linear. I earned my BA in Communication from Berea College in Kentucky and my MA in Intercultural Communication from the University of Hawai‘i. I got my start in public relations before shifting to digital marketing and operations in 2008. Having worked primarily with agencies, my experience spans a variety of industries with specializations in franchising, education, home services, health and wellness, and financial services.
From managing director overseeing P&L to chief strategy office overseeing business strategy and operations, to becoming a certified franchise expert in 2023, I’ve spent my career helping small businesses and entrepreneurs grow their business.
