Bio
Chanda has had a lifelong passion for helping individuals
navigate various aspects of their finances. With a rewarding career in
accounting, executive recruiting and business ownership, Chanda brings a wealth
of experience to her role at Varra Financial. Chanda graduated with a
degree in Accounting and although she never obtained her CPA license, she
passed the CPA exam. After running her own business for a decade, she
made the decision to become a full-time stay-at-home mom. During this
period, she delved into her true interests, focusing on investing and financial
planning, and deciding to independently pursue her Certified Financial Planner
(CFP) education, passing the exam in early 2023. Joining Varra Financial
provided Chanda with an ideal environment to continue her learning journey and
a make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives.
On a personal note, Chanda is happily married with two
teenage daughters. She includes a horse, dog, and two guinea pigs as
integral parts of her family as well. In her free time Chanda enjoys
spending time with family and friends. She enjoys an active lifestyle
including activities such as hiking, walking, and Pilates. Her active
lifestyle is complemented by a love for games and jigsaw puzzles.
