I have over 20 years of active experience in high
technology environments excelling at multiple organizational roles including operations,
technical sales and marketing, product line management, systems implementation
and corporate training. I am proficient
in creating and presenting strategic plans, data analytics, and training concepts.
My focus over the past 15+ years focused on the practical
application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement and operational
excellence methodologies in conjunction with strategy development and execution
and KPI implementation and analysis. I am adept at leading change management, process development, facilitation and
mentoring across multiple organizations, business environments, and varied
cross functional teams.
