Tina and her business partners saw the need for practical HR expertise, which many companies don’t have access to on an as-needed basis. So, in 2011, they gathered a team of HR professionals with a heart for small to medium sized businesses. Their team provides HR support onsite or remote, customized to their clients’ needs.
It all starts with an initial conversation to determine if and where a fit may exist. Clients then meet with 2 of the HR team to conduct a 2-hour Discovery session. The plan is made and the client has an HR partner who gets to know their culture, management style, and needs.
From project work to routine support to training workshops, VB HR looks to bring practical, relevant HR support to companies missing the needed HR experience in their businesses.
