Bio
I entered the banking industry right at the heart of the “Great Recession.” The financial crisis caused banks to change strategies, close, merge, tighten lending policies, and face increased regulation. Many of my peers have left the industry altogether simply because they could not handle the changing environment and increased regulation. I stuck it out through those trying times because I understood that my clients were also adversely affected and needed advocates to ensure their company still had access to capital to run their operations.
This experience allowed me to thrive and grow my book of business during COVID as many banks and bankers were paralyzed by fear and rapid change. I was able to continue being a guiding light for clients and prospects through those trying times. Today I continue to leverage the relationships I built throughout my career to bring profitable relationships onboard and to provide value to my contacts.
I have a finance/accounting degree as well as an MBA through Regis University here in Denver.
