With over a decade
of professional coaching experience and 25 years in senior leadership supply
chain roles within complex, matrixed organizations, Suzanne brings a strong
blend of business acumen, organizational savvy, and a deeply human-centered
coaching approach. Her work spans executive coaching, senior leadership
development, peer advisory group moderation, and team facilitation, supporting
clients in navigating change, growing leadership capacity, and delivering
results that matter.
Suzanne Qualia
formed Qualia Inc. in 2012, driven by her passion to help leaders elevate their
leadership impact after struggling to get that support in her corporate supply
chain roles. She attended two formal coach training programs – CTI – Coaches
Training Institute and CEC – Center for Executive Coaching, equipping her with
the formal training, tools and frameworks to serve leaders well. Since 2012, Suzanne coaches executives and
moderates CEO and VP Supply Chain Peer Advisory Councils. Her client list
includes leaders from global organizations such as Google, Salesforce,
Deloitte, Bayer, and Texas Children’s Hospital through coaching partnerships
with leading global coaching platforms. She has coached leaders in the public
sector from NVTA – Napa Valley Transit Authority and Massability. She is also a
formally trained Peer Group Moderator (through LX Council) and has formal
training in neuroscience-based coaching methods such as Positive Intelligence™.
Suzanne’s
experience also includes serving as Principal Organizational Development
Partner at Exact Sciences, Madison, WI where she designed and
delivered enterprise-wide leadership development programs, facilitated 360 and
personality assessments (Hogan, Korn Ferry, DiSC), and launched coaching
capabilities for internal leaders. She has held multiple OD and coaching roles
with organizations like Lee Hecht Harrison, and previously led global supply
chain operations with companies like Sub-Zero Group and Fiskars.
Suzanne’s coaching
style is pragmatic, growth-oriented, and deeply attuned to the dynamics of
organizational complexity. She specializes in creating psychologically safe
spaces for leaders to explore challenges, gain clarity, and take action that
aligns with their personal and organizational goals. She brings a strong track
record of delivering outcomes in areas such as executive presence, strategic
thinking, influence skills, change leadership, and trust-building.
